Property deals offered by PortfolioGate are provided by third party deal finders unless otherwise stated, and all contracts, purchasing terms, conditions and refund guarantees are exclusively the responsibility of the relevant deal finder(s), not PortfolioGate or its associated companies.  Please do not proceed with a purchase unless these terms are accepted this in full.

 Information is presented to investors as provided to us by our third party property deal finders as such we cannot always guarantee accuracy nor can we be held responsible should such information be found to be inaccurate. 
Investors are urged to take whatever precautions they deem necessary to ensure the accuracy of information before reserving a property.

 Where full or part of  the reservation fee is paid direct to PortfolioGate, PortfolioGate guarantee to refund the payment to the investor if the deal finder fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, but PortfolioGate will not be liable for any other losses financial or otherwise incurred by the investor.
Reservation fee(s) paid direct to the deal finder is done solely at the risk of the investor and PortfolioGate or its associated companies cannot be held responsible for refunds of such payments. 
The investor accepts these conditions on the payment of a reservation fee to a third party deal finder

In the case where a  reservation fee has been paid but the investor decides not to proceed before a RICS valuation was instructed and no deception or misleading fact can be attributed to PortfolioGate or associated parties; then an amount not exceeding 0.50% of the reservation fee shall be payable to PortfolioGate.

No refunds will be paid to the investor either by PortfolioGate, associated companies, parties or deal finder if the investor fails to proceed with a purchase after a RICS valuation consistent with the deal particulars.  PortfolioGate urge you to obtain professional advice before proceeding with any investment.
